A cast iron wheel is an ideal choice when easier rolling is important however cast iron is known to damage concrete floors over time.The CI421-75 by Richmond Wheel and Castor Co. is a 100mm diameter cast iron wheel that can safely take loads up to 300kg and has a tyre width of 38mm.The following Richmond castors use this wheel (not necessarily with the same axle diameter) S4234, S4234B, R4051, S4050, R423CI, S422CI.This wheel is designed to suit 3/4 inch (19.05mm) axles and this wheel is available for the following alternative axle size: 1/2 inch (12.7mm).
